C&R Manufacturing recently opened its doors to students from the Maze Foundation for a special hands-on tour of the shop. This visit gave kids of all ages the chance to see C&R’s shop floor up close, watch advanced equipment in action, and learn how everyday products start with skilled workers and innovative tools.
The Maze Foundation’s mission is to inspire youth with exposure to fields like engineering, supply chain, tech, and finance, and visits like this help make those career paths become a reality.
Across the country, the manufacturing industry continues to face a shortage of skilled workers and by opening its doors, C&R is helping to show students that today’s manufacturing is high-tech, fast-paced, and full of opportunity.
For C&R, it’s not just about machines and parts; it’s about investing in the future and encouraging the next generation of makers, builders, and problem-solvers.
