• Lens Mount for Pharmaceutical Use – We started with a 20.38 lb block of T6 aluminum and machined it down to just 3.3 lbs on our 5-axis Hurco VMX 30 U mill. By cutting the process from four operations to two, we saved time and even built deburring into the machining for a cleaner finish.
  
  
• Precision Component for Laser Machinery – Made from T6 aluminum, this part required exact CNC turning on our LU25 live tool lathe. The live tooling eliminated extra setups, reduced part handling, and boosted efficiency by up to 25%.
